Warranty overview.
eshinesleep.com ("ESHINE®", “ESHINE® Mattress”, “we”, “us”) and any ESHINE®-authorized distributors provide the original owner/purchaser of our ESHINE® Mattress (“you”) with a limited 15-year warranty (“warranty”) against certain product defects during the entire period of the original owner’s ownership and use. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace it with a then-current comparable model and size of your ESHINE® Mattress. Please note that warranty claims should only be submitted directly to ESHINE® if you purchased the product from eshinesleep.com. Any claims regarding warranties of ESHINE® products sold via an authorized ESHINE® distributor must be made directly to said distributor.
For the entire lifespan of your ESHINE®Mattress, we will replace your bed with a brand new ESHINE® Mattress free of charge.
To qualify for the ESHINE®15-year warranty:
The ESHINE®Mattress must be sold new by eshinesleep.com or a ESHINE®-authorized distributor.
Your ESHINE®Mattress must be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or base.
The warranty will not cover the ESHINE®Mattress if it has been abused, burned, misused, or damaged by improper use.
I. ESHINE® Mattress warranty eligibility.
This 15-year warranty applies to the owner of a genuine ESHINE® Mattress.
Your ESHINE® Mattress must be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or base.
The warranty will not cover the ESHINE® Mattress if it has been abused, burned, misused, or damaged by improper use.
ESHINE® incorporates premium foams and high-quality materials in our mattresses that are designed to adapt to you and your body shape to a certain point. However, excessive body impressions that are greater than 1.5” will be covered by your 15-year warranty.
II. Warranty coverage.
The ESHINE® Mattress warranty covers all defects as defined below for as long as you own the ESHINE® Mattress.
A. Covered defects.
The following shall be considered as a defective (collectively “defects”) mattress should your ESHINE® Mattress meet the below criteria as determined solely by us:
Visible indention or sag on the ESHINE®Mattress greater than one and a half (1.5) inches that is not a result of improper use, an improper bed, bed base, or foundation.
A manufacturing flaw in the cover zipper - this does not include zipper breakage resulting from improper or overuse of the zipper.
A physical flaw in the construction of the cover, such as fabric tearing or stitch unraveling, that does not result from improper use.
B. What is not covered.
Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not subject to this 15-year warranty. The intended use of your ESHINE® Mattress is for sleeping, resting, and laying on, any other use of this ESHINE® Mattress shall be considered misuse of the ESHINE® Mattress and will void your 15-year warranty.
Exclusions from the 15-year warranty include but are not limited to:
Normal wear and tear.
Any improper use of the ESHINE®
Minor imperfections, such as slight cosmetic flaws.
Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by you.
Indents, sagging, or body indentations less than one and a half (1.5) inches deep.
Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness, or attributes of a mattress.
Any ESHINE®Mattress purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted, or in any way not in possession of the original owner.
Any ESHINE®Mattress purchased from a non-authorized ESHINE®
Physical damage to the ESHINE®Mattress caused by you.
Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.
Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials.
III. Making a warranty claim.
To submit a claim relating to a defect with your ESHINE®, please head over to our Contact Page and email us the following:
The order number and/or first and last name of who placed the order.
A brief description of the alleged defect.
A photo or short video documenting the alleged defect.

I received the mattress, why didn't I receive the bed frame?
We are very sorry, but due to the fact that our bed frames and mattresses are shipped separately, arrival times will vary. Please be patient.

What does my 30-day risk free return include?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the customer wishes to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
Errors in ordering, sizing issues, financing, cancellations/requests to cancel and changes in circumstances are not part of the sleep trial and will void your refund eligibility.

How soon can I sleep on the mattress after opening?
You can start snoozing right away! Once the sheets are on, you're ready to begin! Make sure your mattress is face up before you put the sheets on. Mattresses take 24-72 hours to expand to their maximum size.

Can a Split King adjustable bed be controlled with one remote?
Yes, our Split King adjustable bed can be controlled with a single remote when both sides are connected using a sync cable. Please note that the sync cable is sold separately.

Can ESHINE adjustable beds be used in zero clearance mode only?
Yes, our King-size adjustable bed supports a zero-clearance setup, allowing it to fit perfectly on platform or storage bed frames.
